Life can be exhausting, overwhelming, distracting, unpredictable… and still really good.

RHW uses Reiki, guided meditation, and hypnosis to help you relax, quiet the noise, work through something you’re ready to change, or reconnect with yourself.

When being present in your own life isn’t as easy as it sounds.

You close the laptop, but your brain is still at work.

You’re listening to someone you love while another part of your brain is keeping track of three other things.

You finally sit down, but you’re mentally running through what needs done tomorrow.

You have an hour to yourself and spend half of it deciding what you should do.

Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong. Life is good. You’d just really like to be in it while it’s happening.

You don’t need an empty mind. You might just need a little less competing for your attention.

You deserve to experience your life,
not just live it.

Not perfectly. Not without distractions, responsibilities, or a brain that occasionally has 47 tabs open.

Just with a little more room to actually experience the life you’re already living.

  • Reiki
    Deep relaxation, calm, and balance.

  • Reset
A little less competing for your attention.

  • Change
Help to change when you’re ready.

  • Becoming
Get to know the version of you that’s here now.

Why Virtual?

RHW was created to fit into real life, not require you to escape from it first.

Your experience happens virtually, from a comfortable, private space you choose. No driving somewhere, rushing through traffic, or having to immediately pull yourself together and drive home afterward.

You can settle in, have your experience, and stay right there afterward. Rest. Journal. Crawl into bed. Sit quietly for a few minutes. Or step back into your day when you’re ready.

Hi, I’m Heather.

I’m the person behind Returning Home Wellness.

I know life rarely fits neatly into one box. You can be happy and exhausted. Grateful and overwhelmed. Excited about what’s ahead and still figuring out who you are now.

That’s why I don’t assume I know what you need just because I might know what you’re going through.

I listen. I pay attention. And for the hour we’re together, you have my full attention.
